October is Citizen Science month and Jenn Loder, from the Australian Citizen Science Association, will be the Guest Speaker on a Zoom meeting of ESRAG (Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group) on Tuesday 19 October at 7.30pm.Jenn is Director of Community Partnerships at the Great Barrier Reef Foundation. She has a Masters of Environmental Science from Florida International University, a Bachelor of Applied Science, Biology, from James Madison University, Virginia and a Grad. Dip. in Marine Science from James Cook University.
She will speak about her experiences with Citizen Science and how everyone can be involved. As a member of the Management Committee of the Australian Citizen Science Association she is passionate about advancing citizen science thorough sharing of knowledge, collaboration, capacity building and advocacy.
